Volunteers at DVIS are a great part of our team. We run a volunteers reading programme with parents coming into school at a set date and time to hear children read and support the work in class.

Parents are very welcome to come and share their skills whether that be speaking other languages, creativity or IT support, helping on trips or giving time to help with cookery; all are supportive and valued!

We also have a number of work place students from local secondary schools and colleges.
